Proposed Project Team <br />Roles and Responsibilities <br />Houseal Lavigne strives to develop strong working relationships with our clients and <br />essentially consider ourselves as an extension of staff. We will work closely with City of Elk <br />River staff throughout the process to ensure that the final product reflects this collaboration. <br />Project Management <br />Our commitment is to provide Principal involvement on every task of this assignment. <br />Each of Houseal Lavigne's Principals is recognized as being at the very top of the planning, <br />economic development, and visualization fields and will ensure accountability and devoted <br />expertise from our team. For this important assignment, John Houseal will act as Project <br />Principal with Senior Project Manager Brandon Nolin serving as Project Manager — <br />managing the assignment's day-to-day activities along with Planner I Jackie Wells who <br />will assist in the development of the Plan including document layout, support graphics and <br />development visualization as well as assist in all planning activities with the assistance of <br />Planner 11 Trisha Parks. Senior support will be provided by Principal Dan Gardner and <br />Principal Nik Davis. <br />Houseal Lavigne has also engaged with subconsultant and partner HR Green to perform <br />services related to transportation, infrastructure, and multimodal planning.
