2.0 CONSENT AGENDA (Approved By One Motion) <br /> <br />Commissioner Stewart requested a correction to the April 14 Regular Commission Meeting <br />Minutes. In the first paragraph on page four, she requested that the "unedited portion of the <br />audit" be changed to <br /> <br /> Moved by Commissioner Bell and seconded by Commissioner Nadeau to approve the <br />Consent Agenda, with the requested correction to the April 14, 2020 Regular Meeting <br />Minutes, as follows: <br /> <br /> 2.1 April 2020 Check Register <br /> 2.2 April 14, 2020 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> 2.3 April 28, 2020 Special Meeting Minutes <br /> 2.4 2020 First Quarter Performance Metrics Scorecard Statistics <br /> 2.5 2019 Consumer Confidence Report <br /> 2.6 Elk River Municipal Utilities / Connexus Energy Joint Request for Minnesota Public <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />3.0 OPEN FORUM <br /> <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br /> <br />4.0 POLICY & COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />4.1 Policy Manual Initiative <br /> <br />Mr. Adams shared that, per the initiative schedule, there are three remaining policies in <br />this initiative for the commission to address: A.1 Service Policies, E.1 Electric Department <br />Rules, and W.1 Water Department Rules. Mr. Adams noted that due to these policies <br />containing a large amount of procedure, staff worked with legal counsel to develop three <br />new commission policies that will supersede the old policies. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams presented the three new proposed governance policies G.4e1 Customer <br />Accounts, G.4e2 Electric Services, and G.4e3 Water Services. <br /> <br />With the addition of the three new commission polices outlined above, the three old <br />policies are proposed to be moved to the Management Policy Manual.
