You are requested to participate in this vital meeting because <br />you have a positron of admimstratrve or departmental responsibility within either the County, a <br />municipal government, or area key stakeholder related to the planning process. <br />Meeting Detail <br />Date; Tuesday, December IT" <br />Time: 10:00 a.m.--12iOO p.m. <br />Location: Sherburne County Sheriffs Office - EOC <br />13M Business Center Drive, Elk River, MN SS330 <br />The draft Sherburne County MHMP is underway and will be ready for review by planning team members <br />in advance of this meeting. An email with a link will be sent out prior to the meeting. <br />The purpose of this meeting m to provide an overview of the plan, including a review of the updated risk <br />assessment for natural hazards that affect the county (history, local vulnerabilities, and future trends). <br />We will also discuss the Mitigation Action Charts that have been developed for Sherburne County and <br />each city, as well as potential funding opportunities for future projects under the FFMA Hazard <br />Mitigation Assrstance grant program. Your participation in this meeting and feedback on the draft plan <br />is important to us. <br />Meeting Attendance: Please RSVP your attendance tome via email.
