There is certainly no evidence that would support Planning Commission members' claim that <br />our proposed land use would negatively affect adjoining property values. <br />The vacant parcel to the south would not be impeded nor depreciated in any way with our townhome <br />development. The parcel owner would still be free to build an office park that would conform with the <br />existing zoning or pursue rezoning to a nnid-orhigh'density residential use. <br />We hope you recognize the value of providing affordable housing to older citizens, many of whom <br />expect this to be the last home they ever own. | myself am in this category.
