COMMENT: Pedestrian ramps must meet current ADA standards, including landings <br />and truncated domes. <br />RRLSE Response <br />(4/28/2020): Noted. The proposed project contains no new pedestrian ramps. <br />2. COMMENT: Access to 17760 Lincoln Street must be maintained during construction. <br />RRLSE Response <br />(4/28/2020): Access will be maintained at all times during construction. <br />3. COMMENT: Staff approval of all site, engineering, and utility plans. <br />RRLSE Response <br />(4/28/2020): Noted. No additional comments have been provided by staff. <br />4. COMMENT: Sidewalks should be added to the south side of Lincoln Street and <br />extended to the intersection with Johnson Street. <br />RRLSE Response <br />(4/28/2020): The original design, subsequent utility installation, and mass grading <br />of Lincoln Street was completed during the EAGLES MARSH <br />SECOND ADDITION project in 2005/2006. At that time, sidewalk <br />was designed along the North side of Lincoln Street from 178' <br />Avenue to Johnson Street. Also at that time, sidewalk was only <br />installed on the South side of Lincoln Street east of 178' Avenue to <br />connect with the City owned outlot adjacent to 17760 Lincoln Street. <br />It was not intended to be extended on the South side of Lincoln Street <br />to the intersection with Johnson Street. <br />
