An amendment to this Conditional Use Permit will be required for <br /> future expansions/additions not shown on the site plan dated May 18, <br /> 2020. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 6.6. PF Baseline Fitness, LLC — 19250 Freeport St. NW <br /> ■ Conditional Use Permit to operate Recreational Use (Planet Fitness), Case <br /> No. CU 20-09 <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br /> Chair Johnson stated he felt it was a great use of site and have a tenant replacing <br /> Office Max quickly, stating he would support this. <br /> Commissioner Thiel agreed and noted he was sad that Office MNw�scosing, <br /> stating it would leave a void but this request with its access off US Highway 169 <br /> would make a great addition and he would support it. <br /> Chair Johnson asked if staff had received any feedback from the public. <br /> Mr. Leeseberg stated he had one area business owner asking questions but has not <br /> received comments for or against the business. <br /> Commissioner Rydberg commented that area businesses would be in favor of a <br /> business to fill out a site that draws that kind of traffic being generated. <br /> There bein no comments, Chair Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Thiel <br /> to recommend approval of the request by PF Baseline Fitness, LLC for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to operate a Recreational Use for a Planet Fitness at <br /> 19250 Freeport St. NW as the standards set forth in Section 30-654 have been <br /> satisfied. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 6.7. Knife River Corporation - North Central - 11650 2251" Ave. NW <br /> ■ Conditional Use Permit to expand mineral extraction operations, Case No. <br /> CU 20-10 <br /> Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br /> IN' ' wEe'fE'oReEr" <br />
