<br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 6:30 <br />p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by the City of Elk River to <br />rezone multiple parcels to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Case No. ZC 05-01. <br /> <br />The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, June <br />20, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway. <br /> <br />A map of the affected properties is available for review at Elk River City Hall and also on the City's <br />website at: www.ci.elk-river.mn.us. The affected properties are described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel #1; Rezone from C3 Highway Commercial to 11 Light lndustrial- Triangular-shaped parcel <br />owned by Great River Energy located north of US Trunk Highway 10 and 165th Avenue. Legal <br />description is: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township <br />32, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota which lies Southwesterly of the following described line. <br />A complete legal description is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />Parcel #2: Rezone from BP Business Park and R1d Single Family Residential to C3 Highway <br />Commercial- Specht property located adjacent to US Trunk Highway 10 lying between the 163rd <br />and 166th Avenue alignments. Legal description is: That part of the Government Lot 1 of Section <br />11, Township 32, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of said Section 11, The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, <br />Range 26 said Sherburne County, The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 14, lying <br />Southwesterly of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No.1 0 and lying <br />Northwesterly, Northeasterly, Easterly and Southerly of the following described line. A complete <br />legal description is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />Parcel #3: Rezone from R1d Single Family Residential to BP Business Park - Specht property <br />located adjacent to US Trunk Highway 10 lying between 161 st and 167th Avenue alignments.
