Location Map <br />. Survey of Lot 1, Block 3, Hillside Estates 9th Addition illustrating the easement locations <br />. Resolution No. 05-_ <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The final plat of Hillside Estates 9th Addition was approved at the April 21, 2003 City <br />Council meeting. Lot 1, Block 3 was approved with the typical 5 and 10 foot drainage and <br />utility easements along the property lines. The lot is being replatted as part of Hillside <br />Estates 10th Addition. The existing easements need to be vacated and will be replaced with <br />new easements along the new property lines. <br /> <br />The City Engineer has reviewed this request and does not have any concerns regarding this <br />request. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the request for the easement vacation with <br />the following condition: <br /> <br />Planning Department Mission: the orderly development of a livable and sustainable Elk River community. <br />
