Projected Operating Results Existing Rates <br />Exhibit 2- <br />results at existing rates. The existing ERMU retail rates went into effect Jan. 1, 2019 and <br />represented a rate reduction of5% at that time. The historical and projected revenues <br />from retail sales of power and energy to different groups of customers are included as <br />Charges for Services at the beginning of the exhibit under Operating Revenues. <br />ERMU also receives revenue from other normal operating procedures. These revenues <br />are shown in Exhibit 2-A below the charges for services. These include landfill gas <br />generation sales,connection charges and customer penalties. Utility Revenues <br />Revenue Requirements <br />ERMU currently meets its wholesale power requirements through purchases from the <br />Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (MMPA).
