DISCUSSION: <br />Attachedforreferencearethethreeremainingpoliciesinthisinitiativeforthecommissionto <br />address: A.1 Service Policies, E.1 Electric Department Rules, and W.1 Water Department Rules. <br />These policies have a significant amount of procedure included in them, as well as policy. <br />Consistent with the past approach with this policy manual initiative, the leadership team <br />worked with counsel to develop three new commission polices that will supersede the old <br />policies. These new governance policies incorporate elements from the old policies and <br />establish the means in which management is authorized to implement them. These new <br />policies would nest under the governance policy G.4e Core Customer Service, which is also <br />attached for reference. The new policies proposed for commission adoption are: <br /> <br />G.4e1 Customer Accounts <br />G.4e2 Electric Services <br />G.4e3 Water Services <br /> <br />The three old policies should then be delegated to management.
