<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 14, 1960 <br /> <br />A special meeting was held at Village Hall on November 14, 1960. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> Henry Johnson, Mayor; R.G. Kemper, G.A. Bergerson, August Meyer, Trustees; <br />H.A. Briggs, Clerk <br /> <br />The purpose of this meeting was to consider the bills and contracts relating to the Liquor Store <br />Building. <br /> <br />Those present: Frederick H. Morse, Architect and Willard Johnson, General Contractor. <br /> <br />Mr. Mosse will advise the Council as to the amount still to be paid on each contract. The balance of <br />contract with Willard Johnson was paid in full. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />H.A. DALE PALMER, being the duly qualified and acting Treasurer of the Village of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, hereby certify and acknowledge that on the date of this instrument I receive from <br />JURAN & MOODY, INC., of St. Paul, Minnesota, the purchase price of $7000 Municipal Building <br />Revenue Bonds of said Village dated September 1, 1960, bearing interest at the rates as noted below, <br />said purchase price being computed as follows: <br />Par Value 7000.00 <br />Premium 10.88 <br />Accrued Interest from September 1, 1960, to date hereof, @ 4.25% 63.63 <br />Accrued Interest from October 1, 1960, to date hereof, @ 1.75% 15.99 <br />Total, 7090.50 <br /> <br />And that I thereupon delivered said bonds to said purchaser. <br /> <br />th <br />Witness my hand officially as such Treasurer this 18 day of November, 1960. <br /> <br />E.
