Sec. 42-52. - Application. <br /> (1)The correct legal description of the land upon which extraction is proposed. <br /> 75-103-4200 = That part of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 (E 1/2 SW 1/4) lying East <br /> of US Highway 169 in Section Three (3), Township Thirty-three (33), <br /> Range Twenty-six (26), Sherburne County, Minnesota, less and except <br /> that part of the Northeast Quart of the Southwest Quarter (NE 1/4 SW 1/4) <br /> of Section Three (3), Township Thirty-three (33), Range Twenty-six <br /> (26), East of Highway No. 169 and North of the centerline of township <br /> road, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and <br /> situated in Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> (2)The name and address of the applicant and the owner of the land. <br /> Knife River Corp —North Central <br /> 4787 Shadow Wood Drive NE <br /> Sauk Rapids, MN 56379 <br /> (3)The names and addresses of all adjacent landowners within a 350-foot radius <br /> as obtained from the records of the county auditor. <br /> See Application Attachment Sec. 42-53.3 <br /> (4) The purpose of the proposed extraction. <br /> The purpose of the extraction is to expand the gravel resource to provide <br /> aggregate materials for commercial or governmental purposes. <br /> (5)The estimated time required to complete the proposed extraction and <br /> rehabilitation. <br /> It is estimated parcel 75-103-4200 contains approximately 10 years of <br /> aggregate material. Rehabilitation will commence once material is <br /> exhausted. <br /> (6)The names of the highways, streets or other public roadways within the city <br /> upon which the material shall be transported. <br /> Except for localized jobs, traffic through Elk River shall be limited to TH <br /> 10 and TH 169. Haul trucks shall not be allowed to make right turns into <br /> 225th Avenue when exiting the property per CU-09-14 (10.A).
