reasonable conditions on the operation to address new concerns. I note that staff is recommending 4 <br />conditions of approval, two are new: a cattle grid at the entrance to help limit tracking out of the site; <br />and a maintenance agreement for street sweeping in response to recent issues. I believe these conditions <br />are appropriate and are the result of recent operational issues. It would help further if the loads were <br />covered prior to leaving the site. <br /> <br />Lastly, as safety should be a priority, the number of trips to and from the site should be limited and the <br />frequency managed to avoid the noted congestion issues.
