Spack Solutions 5 of 6 Line Avenue Residential Development
Traffic Assessment
Figure 2 — New Site Trips — Future Line Avenue Layout
AM Peak Hour
° O '° Q li O ANN
°
PM Peak Hour
0
J 4
o
s p $ n ---.
r
Daily
40
p f t p55}
00 otl op \ "Yp
As seen in Figures 1 and 2, the highest peak hour volume increase for any movement at an
existing intersection due to the new site traffic is ten vehicles. That equates to an increase of
approximately one vehicle every six minutes for those movements. Based on these volumes,
none of the surrounding intersections are anticipated to be significantly impacted by site traffic.
Additionally, the Line Avenue/Main Street intersection was modeled as having Level of Service
B and C operations in the peak hours in the 2016 Traffic Impact Study. The amount of traffic
being added to that intersection from this development would not be expected to significantly
impact those operations under the existing or future roadway configurations.
