I would like toobject to this apartment building location. When this property was first proposed it was for retailspace. “With retail shops and fine dining”. That was deceiving somewhat. We are really goingaway from the proposed purpose of this area. As a safety factor as well, I believe this will heavilyincrease the traffic in this area that the streets and homeowners will not handle very well. I’m notsure how 169 is going to play out in the area, but I know the intersections at holt and Jackson and <br />holt and 197th will not be able to handle this. I believe this is a very bad idea.
