He is requesting feedback regarding
potential development of 11.67 acres of the 24-acre campground as
a multistory senior housing facility. The project would most likely
include one multi -story building with condominiums or rentals.
The property is currently zoned R-lb (single-family residential) and
adjacent land uses include single-family uses, a religious use, and
Wapiti Campground. Development of this project would require
rezoning to a PUD or R-4 (multiple -family residential).
The City Council also discussed two small -lot residential proposals
for this site last fall — 50-foot detached townhome parcels and 65-
foot single-family parcels. Council direction at those meetings was
consistent with the R-1c zoning standards for single family
development of 80-foot wide parcels.
Financial Impact
None
Attachments
■ Location Map
■ Applicant's Narrative
■ Concept Plans
The Elk River Vision
Qwy10
Figure I
CR 12
P
A nelcoming community nvith revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional p o w E A E u s r
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity , g /
