City staff has <br />completed their review of the project and has the following comments. <br />1. The sidewalk along the 195Ih Avenue cul-de-sac should be relocated to the south side of 195Ih Avenue <br />for the entire length within the subdivision. <br />2. Add a sidewalk along the north side of York Drive <br />3.
