<br />THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE A TRAINED PERSON TO ROUTINELY INSPECT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
<br />ONCE EVERY SEVEN (Z) DAYS DURING ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION AND WITHIN 24 HOURS OF A RAINFALL
<br />EVENT GREATER THAN 0.5 INCHES IN A 24-HR PERIOD. INSPECTION LOGS SHALL INCLUDE ANY
<br />CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO BE TAKEN. CORRECTIVE MEASURES SHALL BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF
<br />THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER DISCOVERY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED DUE TO FIELD CONDITIONS
<br />THAT PREVENT ACCESS TO THE AREA.
<br />ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE RECORDED AND RECORDS RETAINED WITH THE SWPPP ON SITE THE
