A motion was made by Bergerson and seconded by Kemper to call for a public hearing on the <br />matter at the next regular Council meeting. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Wm Anderson Jr. was presented. He asked to have more surfacing on Railroad Drive. The Council <br />agreed to give this consideration. <br /> <br />Jean Preuss has applied for an on and off beer license at the Tip Top Café. Upon motion by <br />Bergerson and second by Kemper the license was granted. <br /> <br />A motion by Kemper and second by Briggs to grant Jean Preuss a cigarette license.
