The regulations estab. <br />lish disposal discharge standards, limi. <br />tations for sewage disposal. sewage con- <br />nection requirements, and sanitary <br />sewer user rates and charges; and, <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of <br />this ordinance amendment is available <br />for inspection by any person at the office <br />of the Elk River City Clerk during nor- <br />mal busineBB hours; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-17 was <br />passed and adopted by the Elk River <br />City Council on 15th day of June, 1992. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE. <br />SOLVED that Ordinance 92-17 shall <br />become effective upon publication of <br />Resolution 92-57. <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River <br />City Councilthis 30th day of June, 1992. <br />James A.
