Regardless of the method(s) employed, the standard for compliance with any policy shall be <br />whether or not the General Manager made a reasonable interpretation of the Commission <br />policy being monitored following its adoption. <br /> <br />4. The Commission will regularly monitor compliance with Results Policies and Delegation to <br />Management Policies according to the schedule approved by the Commission in its biennial <br />Governance Agenda. The General Manager will recommend a schedule using monitoring <br />methods and frequencies.
