WebLink hosts city, board <br />and commission documents such as minutes, agendas, staff reports, resolutions, ordinances, <br />planning items, etc., in a Laserfiche repository to an intranet or the Internet in read-only <br />form. <br />How Do I Access Laserfiche? <br />There are two ways to access Laserfiche. <br />1)Directly at http://web1-elkr.ci.elk-river.mn.us/weblink8/Browse.aspx?dbid=1. <br />2)By visiting the city’s website at www.ElkRiverMN.gov. Hover over Services and <br />Select Agendas and Meeting Materials. From that page, select Laserfiche. This will <br />bring you to the Laserfiche Weblink. <br />Access ERMU Commission Meeting Minutes, Packets and Resolutions <br />Click →City Government folder <br />Click →Boards and Commissions folder <br />Click →Utilities Commission folder <br />Click →Minutes, Packets, or the Resolutions folder you would like to access. <br />Click →Year you would like to access. <br />Scroll to the exact meeting date you are looking for and click on it. <br />All the documents for that meeting packet will be listed in the right window pane. <br />Click on the document you would like to open. They are listed by Item #. Item <br />1.0 typically is the agenda. The image format of the document will appear. <br />Browse Tab-Click on this tab when you are in a document and you want to go <br />back and open another document. Hit your browser’s back button to return to <br />the Browse screen in Weblink. <br />204
