Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 13 a distance of 65 feet, as measured along said South line, northwesterly of the most southerly corner of said Lot 13; thence southeasterly on and along said South line of said Lot 13 and the southeasterly extension thereof to intersect the North line of the South 33 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 33, Range 26, said Sherburne County; thence easterly along said North line of the South 33 feet to intersect with and terminate at the West line of Quinn Avenue as presently located and established in said City of Elk River. The northwesterly line of said to be vacated portion of Meadowvale Road is at right angles to said South line of Lot 13, and the east line thereof is said West line of Quinn Avenue.
