<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM #1 <br />TO <br />PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS - WESTERN AREA <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />FEBRUARY 27. 1992 <br /> <br /> <br />Based on City Council actions taken relative to the Conditional Use Permit <br />and Final Plat for the new City Hall and Police Station. the following <br />changes and/or additions have been made to the above referenced Feasibility <br />Study: <br /> <br />1. Landscaping for buffering purposes in the form of three rows of spruce <br />trees along the southern boundary of the plat and continuing north <br />along the eastern plat boundary to buffer the residential properties <br />from the newly constructed Orono Parkway. <br /> <br />2. That no permanent connection be made between the proposed parkway and <br />Fresno Street or Denver Street. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. The location of the sanitary sewer lift station be moved to the north <br />side of the parkway and the east side of the temporary street. <br /> <br />4. Lighting along the parkway be safe and subdues so as not to infringe on <br />the privacy of the eXisting residents in the area. <br /> <br />5. The intersection of Main Street. County Road 30 and Orono Road be <br />designed as a "TEE" intersection as close to 900 as pbssible with Main <br />Street/County Road 30 being the through street and Orono Road having a <br />stop condition. <br /> <br />6. The right-of-way for the proposed parkway be moved 25' north of the <br />northerly line of Outlot A of Orono Lake 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />
