We are thankful for the opportunity to present this Single-Family home development for your consideration. The project is located on the east side of Tyler St, just south of Twin Lakes Parkway. Northstar Land Company currently owns the property and is looking forward to building homes designed for those looking to downsize, whether they are of the retiring generation that have sold their large family home or anyone looking for a more simple yet still luxurious place to live.
