ER ' 170023011 <br />Criminal history and DL submitted to the City Attorney's <br />Office. <br />J 10.01.18 Impound Forfeiture Letter Mailed to R/O. #664 <br />2017- 181st The caller reported a possible brush fire at the listed park. <br />02-05 <br />Fire Hillside 10801 Ave-017-02 Officers responded and spoke with ERFD on site completing a <br />2-05 Park NW 05 controlled burn. No problems. I checked <br />181st <br />2018-02 <br />on the piles which were smoldering but no active flames. All <br />10801 <br />Ave <br />-16 <br />vegetation in the area had been cleared out and there were no <br />NW <br />structures close by. Parks Department had been burning <br />during the day but had not added anything to the piles since <br />1200 hours. End. <br />I received a radio call for an bicycle in the brush and tall grass <br />181st <br />2017-09 <br />in the parking lot of the listed park. I brought the listed bicycle <br />10801 <br />Ave <br />-25 <br />back to the PD and placed it into evidence as found property. <br />NW <br />End. <br />181st <br />I received a phone call from a park employee advising he had <br />10801 <br />Ave 2017-10 <br />found a bike in the tall grass on the previous Monday. He had <br />-13 <br />moved it to the dirt road but no one had claimed it. I brought <br />NW <br />the Roadmaster bike to the department as found property. <br />Parks Department employee was mowing along the trail near <br />181st <br />2018-06 <br />the park entrance and located a black nylon case containing <br />10801 <br />Ave <br />-11 <br />drug paraphernalia. I brought it to the police department for <br />NW <br />destruction. <br />181st 2018-08 Reporting party found keys while on a walk at the listed <br />10801 Ave -17 location. <br />NW <br />Found/Recovered 2018- Hillside 181st <br />Property 09-30 City 10801 Ave <br />Park NW <br />i <br />ER 1EI021922 Found/Recovered <br />Property <br />While at Hillside Park waiting for a tow, officers located an <br />abandoned bike bag in the parking lot. There were no <br />2018-09 markings for an owner so officers were unable to locate an <br />-30 owner. Inside the bag were Band-Aids, wipes, wrappers and <br />an odometer. Officers placed the bag into the Elk River Police <br />Department Property Room. <br />Officer located a Garmin GPS device and stand in the <br />bathroom at the captioned park. Checked history in the <br />2018- Hillside 181st 2018-10 device which showed mainly businesses and no date/time <br />10-18 Park 10801 Av -18 stamps. No home location listed in the device. One address <br />listed in ER, but no recent contacts. Attempted contact with <br />former party at the ER address, but no answer and unable to <br />leave a message. Item into evidence as found. <br />
