Suspicious 2019- Hillside 181st 2019-09 While performing a security check of the listed park, I Vehicle 09-16 Park Ave -16 observed a red mustang parked and running in the parking lot NW after the park was closed. I made contact with the driver who stated he was just off work and had stopped quick to play Pokemon Go. Driver was clear and stated he would head 181st home. Driver advised of park hours. End. I was on patrol and located the listed vehicle in the listed ER 20000319 Suspicious 2020- Hillside 10801 Ave 2020-01 park. Upon speaking with occupants, they were just hanging Vehicle 01-05 Park NW -05 out and driving around. The mentioned parties were advised the park is closed and to leave the area. No issues. End. While on patrol I observed the listed vehicle in the parking lot of the listed park. As I drove closer to the vehicle I observed Suspicious Hillside 181st 2020-01 the two warned parties in the back seat of the car in various ER 20001701 Vehicle 1-25 01-25 Park 10801 Ave -25 forms of undress. Parties stated they were just conversing in NW what they thought was a private area. Parties warned and they stated they were would leave the park and head home. Nothing further. End. Report that sometime between 1630 and 1745 hours, someone broke the driver's window of the listed vehicle while Hillside 181st it was parked at the listed location, and stole a cell phone and ER 17023740 Theft From Motor 2017- City 10801 Ave 2017-11 purse from inside the vehicle. The location of the phone on an Vehicle 11-24 Park NW -24 app was showing to be in Anoka County. The total amount of the theft was approximately $1,684. See typed report. Victim reported that as she was away from her car out on a run an unknown suspect broke out the side window near the rear hatch on listed vehicle and stole her Vera Bradley purse. Victim and mentioned male reported seeing an older model Theft From Motor Hillside 181st 2018-08 dark blue or black Volvo passenger car parked near the ER 18016879 Vehicle 8-13 08-13 Park 10801 Ave -13 victim's which had left prior to the victim returning from her NW run; however, didn't see anyone associated with it. Anonymous complainant reported that a vehicle had been 181st traveling at a high rate of speed on 181st Ave., had been ER 19015837 Traffic Complaint 2019- Hillside 10801 Ave 2019-08 weaving in and out of traffic, and had turned into the park. 08-10 Park NW -10 Complainant stated that the vehicle was a two door coupe/sports car occupied by a male wearing a baseball cap (no plate, make, model, or further driver description). Upon i arrival at the park, no cars were observed. End.
