<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />That part of Government Lot 4, Section 5, Township 32, <br />Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota lying north of the <br />dUly recorded plat of Palmer's 1st Addition, said <br />Sherburne County, excepting therefrom the two fOllowing <br />described tracts: <br /> <br />1) The west 460.00 feet of the south 378.78 of that part <br />of said Government Lot 4 lying north of said Palmer's <br />1st Addition. <br /> <br />2) That part of said Government Lot 4 described as <br />beginning at a point on the north line thereof a <br />distance of 370.0 feet east of the northwest corner <br />thereof; thence continue east along said north line <br />for a distance of 380.0 feet; thence south at right <br />angles for a distance of 230.0 feet; thence west <br />parallel with said north line for a distance of 380.0 <br />feet; thence north to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 34.56 acres, more or less , exclusive of said <br />two exceptions. SUbject to that part thereof taken for <br />Joplin Street N. W. over and across the west 33 feet of <br />said Government Lot 4; and for that part thereof taken for <br />County State Aid Highway No. 30, also known as Mississippi <br />Road, along the North line of said Government Lot 4. Also <br />subject to other easements of record, if any. <br />
