Company Overview <br />Since launching in 2016, Front Burner Sports and Entertainment, and its subsidiary Rinkside Advertising Network, has been contracted by multiple <br />properties to plan and execute sponsorship and naming rights campaigns. Partners have included but are not limited to the following entities: <br />Ramsey County Parks & Recreation: Enlisted by the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation to secure a naming rights partner for the Vadnais Sports <br />Center, a youth sports facility featuring two (2) ice rinks and one (1) indoor turf facility. As of December 2019, a partner has been secured and the <br />agreement is in the final legal process with an anticipated announcement targeted for early 2020. <br />Rochester Arena Project: Responsibilities include generation of all contractually obligated income on an initiative to bring a new state of the art <br />multi -purpose arena to Rochester, MN. Scope of the project included securing naming rights partner and founding partner, negotiating all building <br />vendor relationships and procuring secondary multi -year agreements with marketing partners. <br />Treasure Island Center: Responsibilities include securing partners for major urban redevelopment program to transform the former Macy's building <br />in downtown St. Paul into a mixed use commercial property which includes a hockey rink that serves as the Minnesota Wild's Practice Facility and <br />home of the Hamline Men's and Women's Hockey programs. Scope of sales efforts include all non -Wild related signage and promotional activities. <br />The Armory: Retained by Armory Hospitality to secure entitlement partners (including naming rights) for the revitalized Minneapolis Armory. The <br />refurbished building opened in late 2017 as a concert venue with a capacity of 8,000 and has since hosted more than 100+ events. <br />U.S. Bank Stadium: Contracted by SMG, the facility management group, Front Burner Sports and Entertainment oversees the sale and execution of all <br />non -Vikings related partnerships at the venue. Asset portfolio includes entitlement to signature owned properties, interior and exterior branding <br />treatments and on -site promotional activities. <br />
