Continue, by motion, the request for approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit establishing a Planned Unit <br />Development to the April 15, 2019, Council meeting. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The applicant submitted updated plans on February 14, 2019, <br />which include a cul-de-sac and work to address some of the <br />comments from staffs comment letter dated January 14, 2019, <br />and the feedback from the January 22, 2019, work session. <br />Parr Dedication <br />The updated plan includes a 15-foot trail easement along the <br />north edge of the project, but does not reflect the direction given <br />by the Parks and Recreation Commission on November 14, """ 10 <br />2018. Prior to the motion to continue, the applicant would like to <br />discuss the park dedication and trail easement recommendations <br />as they further refine the plans. A representative from the Parks <br />Commission will be at the meeting. <br />The applicant has also submitted a written extension request for <br />all four of the applications associated with project.
