1. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THIS HANDBOOK <br />This Employee Handbook sets forth general policies of the Elk River Municipal Utilities <br />responsibilities. The Handbook applies to all Utilities employees. <br />The Utilities Commission shall, in accordance with its statutory responsibility to manage <br />the Utilities, be responsible for the maintenance and periodic revision of personnel <br />The Utilities is committed <br />to complying with all applicable law.
