I understand that I do not have a protected property interest in my employment <br />with the Utilities. I also understand that neither this Handbook nor any provision in it <br />creates a contract of employment for any particular duration between the Utilities and me. <br />I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to become and remain informed about the <br />employment policies and practices of the Utilities and to abide by the rules, regulations, <br />standards and policies of the Utilities, including those contained in this Handbook.
