SCHEDULE 2 - STANDARD CONTRACTS <br />Attachment VI <br />Network Upgrades and Good Faith Estimates of Upgrade Costs <br /> <br />The Area EPS Operator shall describe Distribution and Network Upgrades and provide an <br />itemized good faith estimate of the costs, including administrative overheads, of the Upgrade <br />and annual operations and maintenance expenses associated with such Upgrades. The Area EPS <br />Operator shall functionalize Upgrade costs and annual expenses as either transmission or <br />distribution related.
