10. Effective December 22, 2019, Part -Time Liquor Store Clerks shall be paid in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Hired before September 1, 2005: $20.13 <br />Hired September 1, 2005 and after: <br />A B C D E <br />12.48 13.61 14.73 15.85 16.97 <br />Part-time Liquor Store Clerks will move up one step on their anniversary date based on <br />satisfactory performance. <br />On Call Pay <br />11. Wastewater Operators are assigned on call duties for periods of one week. The on call <br />operator will be compensated a total of 10 -hours of overtime/compensatory for their on- <br />call week (1 -hr M -F, 2.5-hrs S -S). The on call duties include responding to after-hours <br />emergency callouts and performing required duties at the Wastewater Treatment Facility <br />on Saturday, Sunday, and any holidays that fall within the assigned week. Wastewater <br />operators shall receive 4 -hours of additional overtime/compensatory pay for on-call <br />rounds performed on paid holidays that fall within their on-call week (total of 14 hours of <br />pay if during a week with a single -paid holiday). If a holiday falls on a Monday, the <br />operator that was on call on Sunday is on call for the holiday. Unexpected conditions <br />resulting in work for wastewater operators extending beyond a 2.5 -hour rotation on <br />weekends or holidays will be paid according to the actual time worked by the employee <br />calculated to the nearest 15 -minutes. <br />Call-back Pay <br />12. All non-exempt employees assigned to positions that are not part of a collective <br />bargaining unit shall receive a minimum of two (s) hours overtime pay for returning to <br />their designated work location and performing duties associated with the event requiring <br />the call-back. Call-backs resulting in work beyond two (2) hours will be paid according to <br />the actual time worked by the employee calculated to the nearest 15 -minutes at regular or <br />overtime pay depending on the number of hours worked for the week. <br />13. Employees who are able to respond to a call-back remotely without returning to their <br />designated work area using an electronic control system to address problems/concerns <br />will be compensated with 15 -minutes of pay at regular or overtime pay depending on the <br />number of hours worked for the week. Extended or continual alarms resulting in <br />excessive remote monitoring will be evaluated for compensation by the supervisor and <br />administration. <br />Premium Pay <br />14. Non-union snow plow operators working on snow removal duties on Saturdays and <br />Sundays will receive one and one half times their regular rate of pay for their hours <br />worked. <br />
