EOty1� ,.,�� Request for Action <br /> River <br /> To Item Number <br /> Mayor and City Council 4.15 <br /> Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br /> Consent December 16, 2019 Jenna Fabish, P.E.,Assistant City Engineer <br /> Item Description Reviewed by <br /> CSAR 1 (Proctor Avenue) Reconstruction Plan Justin Femrite, P.E.,Public Works Director <br /> Reviewed by <br /> Calvin Portner, City Administrator <br /> Action Requested <br /> Approve,by motion,final plans for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway (CSAR) 1 (Proctor <br /> Avenue) from Trunk Highway (TH) 10 to the railroad tracks. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Since the update provided at the July 10, 2019, council work session, Sherburne County has continued <br /> toward the final design of the CSAR 1 reconstruction from TH 10 to the railroad tracks. Construction is <br /> planned for 2020. The CSAR 1 project team has worked closely with MnDOT to coordinate with the TH <br /> 10 reconstruction from Xenia Avenue to 4th Street (2021 construction). <br /> Upon approval of the final plans, the county will subsequently submit to MnDOT for federal aid <br /> approval. Upon federal aid approval, the county will advertise for bids and award the project once all <br /> federal aid requirements have been met.
