She its the President/Owner of Distinctive Iron, LLC (supplier and fabricator) doing business at X9128 <br /> Industrial Blvd NW, Elk River, MN 55330, a subcontractor under a certain Agreement dated: July 10, <br /> 2019 in connection with Elk River Ice ,gena — Lion John Weicht Park Facilities and that the materials <br /> listed in Ray Application #3 with a value of 218,353.00 are now stored at 19128 Industrial Blvd NW, Elk <br /> River, MN 55330. <br /> . The undersigned will transfer to Contractor and Olwvn,er clear, marketable title to the materials, and <br /> they are not subject to a,ny security interest or encumbrance upon delivery to jobsite. <br /> 1 The materials are stored lin a safe and secure manner so as to preclude damage, theft or vandalism. <br /> 4.. The materials are available for inspection by the General Contractor and Owner or their <br /> representatives and access to the facility is available during normal hours. <br /> 5. The materials are now covered by all risk insurance coverage for in-transit and stored materials. The <br /> insurance certificate has been provided. The insurance is in an amount that is not less than the value <br /> of the materials. <br /> 6. The cost of said material storage insurance has been provided by the undersigned and shall remain in <br /> force until the materials are transported to the project site upon payment/transfer of title. <br /> 7. The materials have been purchased or manufactured for the specific purpose of being used in the <br /> construction of the project, are in accordance with contract documents, and will be transported to the <br /> site at the Undersigned's expense. <br /> 8.
