She thanked the Beautification Committee for <br /> their work throughout the year. <br /> Council expressed thanks to the winners for beautifying their properties. <br /> 7.1 2020 Budget and Tax Levy <br /> Ms. Ziemer presented the staff report. <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the item for comment. There was no one to speak to this issue. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Westgaard to adopt Resolution 19-68 authorizing the proposed property tax <br /> levy for collection in 2020.
