The plat combines two existing
parcels to create one larger lot. Access to the new parcel will remain on
Lander Street.

The applicant submitted the plat to combine two lots into one. One lot
has an existing home (part of the M-Vale plat) and the other is a vacant
lot (part of the Amborn Addition). As there is a reduction in the
number of parcels, the plat is exempt from the city subdivision
ordinances, and falls under the city’s Platted Exemption regulations,
which does not require a public hearing.

Parks and Recreation Commission
The Parks and Recreation Commission did not review this as it is not
eligible for park dedication.

Attachments
 Location Map
 Final Plat
 Resolution
The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity
