The First National Bank said depositor shall pay on demand all deposits therein subject to payment <br />on demand, with accrued interest and pay on demand all time deposits therein with accrued interest <br />at or after the end of the periods which the same shall be deposited. <br />A motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by Wm Patenaude to grant Nels Christiansen a Pin <br />Ball license. <br /> <br />Leslie Laugley spoke about the 14 men that were layed off of W.P.A from the Village and Township <br />of Elk River and stated that it was a bigger percentage than what should have been layed off. Mr. <br />Laugley suggested the Council should meet with Mr. Finney, District relief Administrator to see if <br />something could not be done about this matter. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by G.A.
