It was decided that the Belangers would have to sign a written agreement that when
the two weeks were up the girls would have to go back to Faribault. They refused to sign the
agreement and said they would see Mr. Davies the next morning.

Mr. LaMontagne, Leo Demare, Chas Bressler, Alfred Brown, Roy Hudson and Fren Darner
residence on Thomas Street were present to discuss about putting in a 4 inch water main on Thomas
Street. It was decided to table this matter for a week or two as the Council would know by then
where the new Highway was going.

L.G. Nelson and Mr. Hanson representing the Fair Board were present and asked for an
appropriation from the Village to help with the expenses of the 4H Fair. A motion was made by
Wm Greupner seconded by G.A. Bailey to grant the Sherburne Co. Agriculture Assoc. Handke, Ruth Flaherty, Ann Olsen, and L.D. Bailey representing the recreation board were
present and reported that the programs were going along nicely but that they would need some
money to take care of expenses. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Geo Cornelius to
allow the recreation board twenty five dollars ($25.00).

Gladys Hulberts case was brought up and it was decided that the clerk write her a letter asking her to
move her furniture from the rooms that the Village are renting from E.R.
