He was not aware of any plans and noted that question would best be answered by the <br /> applicant. The Commission discussed the building and fire code requirements,noting that compliance is a <br /> state requirement. They also discussed assurances that the use would end at the termination of the IUP <br /> and concerns with more than one tenant being allowed to use the space.
