Mr. Portner <br /> indicated he hopes to get this discussion on the November 18 agenda for discussion. <br /> 9. Council Liaison Updates <br /> Council provided an update on advisory boards as noted in the respective board <br /> minutes. <br /> Council recessed at 6:42 p.m. to go in to work session.
