Elk River <br /> Municipal Utilities <br /> A.22—Returned Un-Paid Items Policy <br /> 1.0 Procedure for Returned Un-Paid Items <br /> A. Any items given in payment for services that are returned by the bank marked unpaid <br /> shall be imposed up to a$30.00 charge (per MN State Statute 604.133), and assessed the <br /> penalty of 10% if not paid by the 15 of the month. <br /> B.
