Type of emergency <br /> • Fire <br /> • Medical <br /> • Rescue <br /> • Hazardous material <br /> • Criminal act <br /> 5. Extent of emergency <br /> • How many people are injured/ type and extent of injuries <br /> • Fire in/ out of control <br /> • Confined space rescue <br /> • Uncontrolled hazardous material release <br /> b. Any other important information <br /> Do not hang up first. Let the person you called hang up first. <br /> After making the call <br /> 1. Station someone to flag emergency response vehicles and direct responders to the <br /> scene of the emergency <br /> 2.
