We received two <br /> proposals with a costing of$164,574 and $266,365. <br /> Staff started working with the Lake Orono Water Quality Committee nearly five years ago with the intent <br /> of updating the Lake Orono Management Plan. The plan was finalized this spring and included <br /> information regarding lake dredging. <br /> The goal of the LORE project is to remove approximately 125,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment <br /> to improve navigation,recreation and enhance wildlife habitat. At this time, the major portion of the <br /> project would occur during the winter of 2020/2021. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The total financial impact for engineering services associated with this project will be $164,574 and is <br /> included in the CIP and budgeted. <br /> Attachments <br /> • WSB &Associates,Inc.
