<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A developer's agreement be prepared and executed, outling the terms <br />and conditions of plat approval and installation of public utilities. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />All comments in Terry Maurer's memo dated 9/19/95 be incorporated for <br />approval of the preliminary plat and final plat. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A storm drainage impact fee in the amount of $741.60 per acre be paid <br />prior to release of final plat for recording. This fee does not apply to that <br />portion of the plat referred to as Outlot A. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />A water availability charge be paid to Elk River Utilities in the amount of <br />$300 per lot prior to release of final plat for recording. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The final plat be revised to include the extension of the appropriate <br />drainage and utility easements to allow the extension and looping of <br />public utilities. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />A complete grading plan for the business park be submitted to the City <br />Engineer for review and approval. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Prior to releasing the final plat for recording, the developer pay all <br />oustanding bills pertaining to this proposed plat. <br /> <br />s:document:resolution:p94.14.2 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br />
