(9) The proposed interim use is consistent with the City of Elk River Comprehensive Plan and conforms to the <br />city's zoning regulations. <br />A site review by the Fire Marshal and Fire Chief, along with a code review by a licensed <br />architect, will provide the city with additional information regarding this standard.
