7. The Utilities may not retaliate against an employee for asserting the rights or <br /> seeking the remedies described above. Employers that retaliate against employees for <br /> exercising the rights or remedies described above may be liable for actual damages, back <br /> pay, reinstatement, costs, attorneys' fees and other make whole relief. In addition, the <br /> Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry may seek additional remedies and impose <br /> fines. <br /> 8.
