Stanley Wheaton <br />presented the new manager Lloyd Shear & Mr. Wyatt. Thomas Duggan was also present. Mr. Shear <br />is the president of the company who purchased the alley. Mr. Shear gave his credentials as to his <br />qualifications to run such an establishment. The question was Put to the supervisors and the vote <br />was two in favor and one against the granting of a beer liscense \[sic\]. <br /> <br /> <br />
