It is a pro-growth <br />community with plenty of land available for new construction. Over 800 acres are <br />identified for new light industrial and business park uses. Additionally, there is a <br />lot of land for residential development; in the last decade Rosemount’s population <br />grew by 50% and is projected to increase by another 90% to 42,000 by the <br />year 2030.
